Tollwise is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Etsy or eBay. Their names are used only to say which platform a calculation or alert refers to. Tollwise is not an official source for any marketplace’s fees or policies.

Information only — not legal, tax or financial advice. The calculator, alerts and audit reports estimate costs and flag possible policy problems from published marketplace information and the figures you give us. Marketplaces change fees and rules often and apply them at their own discretion. Check the official page — we always link it — before making a decision.

Accuracy

We check fee rates against the marketplaces’ published pages and show the date we last did. Where a marketplace doesn’t publish a rate outside its seller dashboard, the calculator uses a typical value and labels that line as an estimate. We don’t guarantee any figure is complete or current.

How the content is made

Alerts, reports and the text on this site are drafted with AI. Cost figures are computed from published rates and your numbers, and every policy point links to the official source so you can verify it. We never reproduce marketplace policy text; summaries are in our own words.

Change alerts — $39 for 6 months

• One payment covers 6 months from the purchase date. It does not renew automatically.
• We send an alert when a fee or policy change affects the marketplaces you told us you sell on (Amazon US, Etsy, eBay US). How many alerts you get depends on how often those marketplaces change things.
• Each alert is priced from the figures you gave us. If your figures change, tell us.

Policy audit — $79 once

• Covers up to 25 live listings from one shop, reviewed as a buyer sees them. We never need your login and never change anything in your shop.
• We aim to deliver the written report within 3 business days of receiving your shop link.
• A report reflects the published rules on the day we checked. It doesn’t guarantee a marketplace won’t take action.

Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, receipts and sales tax. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@tollwise.app.

The free calculator

Free to use without signing up. Please don’t use it to build a competing data product by automated means.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from Tollwise is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect an order you’ve already paid for.
