Etsy has updated its Seller Policy, its Payments Policy and its rules on animal products since January. A listing that was fine when you wrote it may not be now. Does a clean report mean the marketplace won’t act?
No. It means we found no problems against the published rules on the day we checked. Marketplaces make their own decisions, and rules change.
Who writes the report?
The report is drafted with AI and checked against the current policy pages, which it links for every finding so you can verify each one yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, including if the report is late. Reply to any email from us.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a check of your listings against published marketplace policy.
